Role Summary:
- The Senior Manager - Health & Wellness will be responsible for developing and executing health, wellness, and preventive-care initiatives aimed at improving consumer engagement, well-being outcomes, and overall health experience.
- The role involves designing wellness programs, partnering with healthcare providers, analyzing population health trends, and driving digital wellness solutions across the organization.
- The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in health & wellness, experience managing wellness projects, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior related to health, fitness, preventive care, and lifestyle management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Health & Wellness Strategy:
- Develop and execute the organization's health and wellness roadmap aligned with consumer needs and business objectives.
- Identify emerging trends in preventive healthcare, lifestyle management, wellness coaching, chronic disease management, and mental well-being.
- Build data-driven strategies to improve consumer health outcomes and drive engagement.
2. Program Development & Management:
- Design and manage end-to-end health and wellness programs such as preventive screenings, fitness initiatives, mental well-being modules, nutrition plans, and lifestyle improvement campaigns.
- Partner with medical specialists, fitness experts, wellness coaches, and digital health providers to deliver high-quality programs.
- Ensure programs comply with regulatory, medical, and organizational standards.
3. Consumer Experience & Engagement:
- Develop engaging health journeys and wellness touchpoints across mobile apps, customer portals, campaigns, and outreach programs.
- Work with digital, product, and marketing teams to create educational content, wellness challenges, and incentive-based programs.
- Improve consumer awareness around preventive care, healthy living, disease prevention, and overall well-being.
4. Data & Insights:
- Track, measure, and report health outcomes, engagement metrics, program effectiveness, consumer sentiment, and adoption patterns.
- Leverage data insights to refine program design and personalize wellness interventions.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to build predictive models for risk stratification and health behavior insights.
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Digital, Distribution, Claims, Underwriting, and Marketing.
- Manage external partnerships with healthcare networks, wellness platforms, hospitals, fitness providers, and diagnostic partners.
- Ensure seamless onboarding, integration, and delivery of wellness services.
6. Compliance, Governance & Quality:
- Ensure adherence to health, privacy, and data protection guidelines.
- Develop quality standards, SOPs, and governance frameworks for wellness program execution.
- Implement risk management protocols and ensure ethical, safe, and responsible delivery of wellness solutions.
7. Innovation & Digital Enablement:
- Identify digital wellness tools, platforms, apps, and AI-based solutions that enhance consumer well-being.
- Evaluate new technologies such as remote monitoring, digital coaching, health risk assessments, and wearable-based insights.
- Drive adoption of digital-first wellness solutions within consumer journeys.
