A Position Overview:
Position Title: Assistant Vice President - GTI Drive.
Department: Agency Sales.
Role Summary:
To lead and accelerate the growth of Group Term Insurance (GTI) business through the agency channel by enabling field force productivity, optimizing branch-level execution, and driving strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Key Contributions:
Strategic Channel Development:
- Design and implement agency-specific strategies to scale GTI business across regions.
- Collaborate with zonal and regional agency heads to align business plans and targets.
Sales Enablement & Execution:
- Drive GTI product penetration across agency branches by enabling Leaders.
- Monitor and support branch-level execution, ensuring timely activation and conversion of leads.
Agency Force Engagement:
- Conduct regular engagement sessions, workshops, and training programs to build GTI product knowledge and selling capabilities.
- Identify high-potential agents and leaders for focused GTI business development.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure all GTI sales through the agency channel adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards Promote ethical selling practices and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of agency distribution models and group insurance products.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and training facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive execution.
