TATA Advanced Systems Ltd _ Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Supply Chain Function including sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, and warehousing.

- Manage SAP-based operations ensuring data accuracy, transparency, and system-driven decision-making.

- Oversee end-to-end export and import processes, including documentation, customs compliance, and international trade regulations.

- Build and maintain relationships with global aerospace OEMs, Tier-1 vendors, and offset partners.

- Ensure timely delivery of critical components and manage long lead time parts through robust planning and buffer strategies.

- Monitor and optimize supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, supplier OTTR, and material availability index.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams Engineering, Quality, Production, and Finance to align supply chain goals with business outcomes.

- Drive cost optimization and risk mitigation through strategic sourcing, localization, and alternate supplier development.

- Represent the company in aerospace supply chain forums, vendor audits, and global procurement summits.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain; MBA preferred.

- 4 to10 years of core supply chain experience.

- Strong working knowledge of SAP (MM modules).
