Are you passionate about scaling business categories, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Were looking for an experienced Category Manager to lead and grow key business categories end-to-end.

As the Senior Manager Category, youll own the P&L, define category strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, marketing, finance, and operations teams to deliver sustainable growth and customer delight.

What Youll Do:

- Own the complete P&L - driving sales, margins, and profitability.

- Build and scale category assortment through strong vendor partnerships and strategic planning.

- Identify new growth opportunities using data-driven insights.

- Partner with marketing to plan visibility campaigns, launches, and brand collaborations.

- Lead a high-performing team and champion data-led decision-making.

What Were Looking For:

- 5 - 10 years of experience in Category Management, Retail, or E-commerce.

- Proven success in P&L ownership, vendor management, and business strategy.

- Strong analytical skills (Excel / Power BI / SQL preferred).

- MBA or equivalent from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute preferred.
