Business strategy: - Develop an understanding of Corporate Health & Wellness portfolio, strategic priorities, competitive position and provide insights on gaps and potential opportunities - Develop and provide analysis around competitors, partners, emerging business models, innovations, market sizing, and industry trends - Problem solving and analysis - Own special time bound / other initiatives in CH&W, requiring strong first principle problem solving and domain understanding. - Conduct data analysis and synthesize findings into insights within a project, including implications that inform business decisions Communication: - Communicate and advocate insights to relevant stakeholders to drive outcomes - Frequent updates to the leadership team, communicating business performance and insights that facilitate senior discussions and decision making Project management: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project coordination and maintain effective communication channels & collaboratively work towards the targets. - Define goals against key metrics, track performance against them and manage end to end execution - Track project milestones & deliverables, callout dependencies & risks timely, thus ensuring adherence to timelines and budget. - Implement standard operating procedure's (SOP) for a smooth & efficient running of the project/process. Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of relevant experience (consulting, general management, strategy, operations). MBA & experience in a fast paced environment or startup is a plus - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - Strong bias for action and creating impact - Experience in working in cross functional teams to execute high impact projects - Basic knowledge of automation tools, project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
