Job Description:
Compliance & Regulatory:
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical, health, and labor laws.
- Verify validity and display of licenses and permits.
- Check proper drug storage, including cold chain.
- Review controlled and high-value drug documentation and disposal.
Operational & Financial Audit:
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Review billing, invoicing, and discounts for accuracy.
- Verify completeness of patient and prescription records.
Quality & SOP Review:
- Assess adherence to SOPs across operations.
- Verify segregation and handling of expired/damaged/recalled stock.
- Inspect cleanliness, signage, and security measures.
Reporting & Follow-Up:
- Document findings using standard templates.
- Report risks, gaps, and corrective actions to leadership.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure CAPA implementation.
