Brief About the Team

The Diagnostics & Supply Chain Team at Tata 1mg plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, availability, and reliability across healthcare services. The team focuses on leveraging technology, data, and automation to scale operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer trust.

What You Will Do

- Own and drive high-impact programs across AI, automation, and process transformation within Diagnostics and Supply Chain

- Identify business problems and opportunities; structure them into well-defined programs with clear objectives, milestones, and success metrics

- Own end-to-end program execution-from problem definition, planning, resourcing, and execution to launch and post-launch optimization

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

- Manage multiple parallel workstreams with interdependencies, risks, and tight timelines

- Ensure programs move beyond pilots to scalable, production-ready solutions with measurable business impact

- Drive adoption across business and frontline teams through SOPs, training, and structured change management

- Track program performance, ROI, and operational KPIs; drive continuous improvement based on insights

- Evaluate and manage external vendors, platforms, and system integrators where required

What We Are Looking For

- 2-5 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Product Operations, or Tech-led roles

- Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured execution plans

- Proven experience managing cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

- Strong execution mindset with high ownership and attention to detail

- Comfortable working with data to track outcomes, measure impact, and support decision-making

- Good to have: exposure to AI/ML, automation, analytics platforms, or healthcare / supply chain domains
