Tata 1mg - Operations Lead - City CEO

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-ownership, analytical City CEO to own and scale the operating performance of a key city in the West.

What would you do?

- Owning city-level business and operational performance.

- Translating business volumes into capacity, supply and ramp-up plans.

- Driving network design/redesign and capacity optimisation.

- Identifying bottlenecks and driving TAT, productivity and process improvements.

- Using data to forecast demand, identify capacity gaps and build scalable operating mechanisms.

- Working cross-functionally with supply, planning, product, finance and operations teams to execute city-level initiatives.

Ideal profile:

- 5 - 10 years of experience from quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, mobility, consumer internet, supply chain or strategy & operations.

- Preferably from a Tier 1/2 engineering college, with strong analytical/problem-solving skills and a track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving measurable impact.

Important:

- This is not a traditional warehouse operations role. We are looking for smart, entrepreneurial operators who understand network optimisation, supply/capacity planning, TAT reduction and process improvement, and can operate like a mini-CEO for the city.
