About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled LinkedIn Manager to drive thought leadership and business updates through our senior leadership's LinkedIn profiles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of LinkedIn best practices, a flair for creating engaging business content, and the ability to align social media posts with company goals and leadership vision. The candidate should be able to work with leadership, understand their thought process, and distill that as content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop, write, and manage LinkedIn posts for senior leadership, including business updates, thought leadership articles, and industry commentary

- Platform Expertise: Utilize LinkedIns features and analytics tools to create optimized, engaging content tailored to our leaderships voice and audience

- Brand Alignment: Ensure all posts are aligned with company values, leadership messaging, and current business priorities

- Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to capture their thoughts, ideas, and updates, converting these into impactful LinkedIn posts

- Data reporting: Measure and analyze the impact of LinkedIn posts, including engagement rates, follower growth, and overall reach, to refine content strategy and reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing LinkedIn profiles for senior leaders or executives

- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for a business audience

- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn platform features, algorithms, and analytics tools

- A keen understanding of the latest trends in business communication and digital content

- Ability to create concise, engaging, and informative content that represents leadership views

- Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in corporate communications

- If candidate has experience of managing leadership linkedin handles, that will be a plus
