Role Summary
Looking for a strong Finance Business Partner to own pharma supply chain cost, structural controls, and financial governance. The role acts as the bridge between Pharma Ops, Central Finance, Cost Owners and Business P&L owners, ensuring cost accuracy, transparency, and financially disciplined decision-making.
Cost Ownership & Business Partnering:
- Partner with SCM leaders to drive cost discipline, productivity improvement, and unit economics.
- Provide insights, scenarios, dashboards, and financial visibility for daily/weekly decision-making.
Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead AOP, forecasts, and monthly cost tracking for pharma supply chain.
- Build volume-linked cost models and align business teams to budgets.
- Controls, FRAC & Accounting Hygiene:
- Ensure correct booking of costs, accrual discipline, invoice validation, and month-end closures.
- Strengthen internal controls to prevent leakages and ensure audit readiness.
Cross-Functional Liaison:
- Act as single finance contact for Pharma Ops for all cost-related decisions.
- Run variance analysis, cost-to-serve, and root-cause insights.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in Supply Chain Finance / Business Finance
- Experience in pharma/e-commerce/logistics preferred
- Strong in Excel, modeling, variance analysis, and dashboards (Power BI/Looker)
