Role Overview:
The Diagnostic Sales Lead will be responsible for driving diagnostics revenue through retail and partner channels, building strong customer relationships, and leading field sales initiatives to grow diagnostic bookings and awareness.
The role requires a professional with experience in pharmaceutical sales combined with retail or store operations exposure, capable of driving business growth and managing ground-level sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales of diagnostic services and health check packages within the assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand diagnostics revenue.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2) Retail & Channel Development
- Build and manage relationships with retail partners, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
- Strengthen the presence of diagnostic services across partner outlets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve business outcomes.
3) Field Sales Execution
- Conduct regular market visits to engage with clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare partners.
- Promote diagnostic services and create awareness among potential customers.
- Identify local opportunities for business development.
4) Market Insights & Reporting
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights to support business planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
- 5 - 10 years of total experience with: min 2 years in pharmaceutical sales and min 3 years in retail sales / store operations / healthcare retail
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic services and healthcare market.
- Experience in field sales and territory management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
