Role Overview:
As the Head - Enterprise Partnerships & Monetization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for building and managing strategic partnerships with enterprises to drive revenue growth and expand 1MG's reach.
This role involves identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, corporates, and other relevant organizations. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and technology teams to create and implement innovative monetization strategies, ensuring alignment with 1MG's overall business objectives. Your efforts will directly impact 1MG's revenue streams and market position, contributing to the company's mission of making healthcare accessible to all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion for 1MG.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential enterprise partners, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and corporates.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and alignment with 1MG's strategic objectives.
- Manage and nurture existing enterprise partnerships, focusing on maximizing value and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, technology) to develop and implement integrated monetization strategies.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead and mentor a team of partnership managers, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development.
Required Skillset:
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful partnership strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and key players.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing monetization strategies for digital platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
