Tata 1mg - Director - Supply Chain/Fulfilment Operations/Warehouse

Role: Director - Pharmacy Supply Chain [Warehouse/FC Operations]

Location: Gurugram

Tata 1mg is building India's most trusted and resilient healthcare supply chain. We're looking for a dynamic leader to scale our pharmacy fulfilment operations across India, ensuring medicines reach customers safely, compliantly, and on time.

What you'll do:

- Lead operations across multi-location Fulfilment Centers (inbound - dispatch).

- Drive efficiency, automation, and cost optimization programs.

- Ensure pharma compliance (FDA, GxP, audits, expiry management).

- Collaborate on network expansion, new FC launches & peak readiness.

- Build and mentor high-performing pan-India teams.

What we're looking for:

- 10-15 years in supply chain with 5+ years leading large multi-location FCs.

- Experience in pharma/healthcare/high-compliance e-commerce preferred.

- Strong expertise in fulfilment ops, compliance, manpower & inventory planning.

- Proven leadership & stakeholder management skills.
