More about us About the Team The Central Operations team for Hospitals & Corporate Health & Wellness is responsible for enabling and executing high-impact health and wellness programs in collaboration with hospitals and corporate partners. The team acts as the key touchpoint for clients, focusing on operational excellence, strategic planning, analytics, and relationship management to ensure the successful rollout and scaling of healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning, Business Modeling & Execution - Lead strategic planning efforts aligned with business goals for hospital and corporate partnerships. - Develop annual and long-range operational roadmaps and improvement plans. - Design and implement business models and financial projections to support new and existing service lines. - Identify growth opportunities, evaluate market trends, and support leadership in decision-making using data-backed strategies. 2. Analytics & Performance Monitoring - Build and manage dashboards to track KPIs around service delivery, customer experience, and partner performance. - Use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements and operational optimizations. - Monitor SLAs and internal metrics to ensure smooth service delivery across locations. 3. Operations Management Support - Set up and scale healthcare operations in hospitals and corporate setups (IPD, OPD units, wellness camps, etc.). - Drive process excellence in areas such as inventory control, compliance, escalations, and partner onboarding. - Coordinate with internal departments (Tech, Product, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal) to ensure timely go-lives and ongoing support. 4. Relationship Management - Serve as a key liaison for hospital and corporate clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement. - Conduct regular strategic reviews with hospital CXOs, medical directors, and corporate stakeholders. - Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in collaboration with the sales and product teams. 5. Team Leadership & Collaboration - Guide a multidisciplinary team across operations, analytics, and service delivery. - Foster a high-ownership and performance-driven culture. - Collaborate across functions to align operational goals with business objectives. Key Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in hospitals, healthcare, B2B/B2B2C operations, e-commerce, or corporate health programs. - MBA from a premier institution preferred (e.g., ISB, IIMs). - Strong background in hospital operations, healthcare services, or health-tech implementations. - Experience in strategic planning, business modeling, operations scale-up, and stakeholder management. Skills Required - Strong strategic and analytical thinking - Experience in building business models, ROI analysis, and long-term financial planning including budgeting and forecasting - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement - High execution ownership with a bias for action - Ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights - Familiarity with hospital workflows, health regulations, and compliance norms - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business planning/reporting tools; familiarity with automation tools preferred Why Join Us?
