
We are looking for a Paid Marketing Manager to strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max).
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing high-conversion ad campaigns and a deep understanding of paid media analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube & Performance Max
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and quality score
- Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare detailed campaign performance reports
- Develop A/B tests for ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to align ad creatives and landing pages
- Stay updated with Google Ads trends, policies, and platform updates
Key Requirements:
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns
- Google Ads certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Proven track record of managing ad budgets efficiently with measurable results
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and understand user intent
- Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other PPC tools is a plus
