
Description:
We are looking for a result-driven and strategic Google Ads Specialist to lead our digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.), while also managing a small team of digital marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Planning:
- Analyse market trends and competitor performance to create high-converting campaigns.
Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimise PPC, display, video, and social media ad campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions to measure effectiveness.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of ad executives, copywriters, and designers.
- Review team output, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and creative standards.
Reporting & Optimisation:
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and action plans.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content, SEO, and design teams for consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders for briefings, approvals, and reviews.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience in performance marketing with hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.
- Team management and leadership abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with remarketing, funnel building, and customer journey mapping.
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint (preferred).
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in paid digital advertising roles.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in creating and optimising PPC campaigns.
- Expert in Google Ads.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
- Relevant certification in PPC or digital marketing is a plus.
