
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Planning:
- Develop data-driven ad strategies to meet business goals across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Analyse market trends and competitor performance to create high-converting campaigns.
Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimise PPC, display, video, and social media ad campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions to measure effectiveness.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of ad executives, copywriters, and designers.
- Review team output, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and creative standards.
Reporting & Optimisation:
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and action plans.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content, SEO, and design teams for consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders for briefings, approvals, and reviews.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience in performance marketing with hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.
- Team management and leadership abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with remarketing, funnel building, and customer journey mapping.
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint (preferred).
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in paid digital advertising roles.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in creating and optimising PPC campaigns.
- Expert in Google Ads.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
- Relevant certification in PPC or digital marketing is a plus\
