Role: Sales Growth Partner


We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Growth Partner to join our growing team at TartanHQ. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through lead conversion, pipeline management, and customer engagement. Youll work closely with marketing and customer success teams to identify prospects, qualify leads, and close deals primarily over calls, emails, and demos.

Key Responsibilities:


- Leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and partner channels.

- Conduct product demos to potential clients and clearly communicate TartanHQs value proposition.

- Understand client requirements and map them to appropriate product solutions (APIs, integrations, or platform offerings).

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce).

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to improve sales messaging and conversion rates.

- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and solution-oriented selling.


Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in SaaS / B2B / fintech / HR tech domain.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of the sales funnel and CRM-based lead management.

- Comfortable with virtual product demos, email-based sales, and structured follow-ups.

- Ability to learn and articulate technical products (APIs, data platforms, integrations).
