Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Manager - Operations & Recruitment to join our People & Culture team at TartanHQ. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition, HR operations, and administrative processes to ensure smooth workforce planning and efficient organizational operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in hardcore Talent Acquisition (TA), HR operations, and administrative management, along with the ability to drive recruitment strategies and support business growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with business requirements.

- Build strong talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely hiring.

- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience.

HR Operations:

- Oversee HR operational processes including employee lifecycle management, documentation, and HR compliance.

- Ensure smooth joining, onboarding, and employee record management.

- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.

- Maintain HR databases, reports, and dashboards for management review.

Administrative Management:

- Manage administrative processes and office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

- Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements and resource planning.

- Support leadership with operational reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with leadership and department heads to support workforce planning.

- Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure a positive workplace culture.

- Contribute to People & Culture initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

- MBA in HR / Business Administration (mandatory).

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Administrative management.

- Strong experience in hardcore recruitment and hiring operations.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in HR tools, ATS platforms, and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in scaling teams in fast-growing organizations.

- Strong analytical approach to recruitment and HR operations.

- Ability to design and optimize HR processes and workflows.

- Ability to run the PMS for across the Org
