Presales - Compute & Storage
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Presales, Solution Design in Compute & Storage
Qualification: Master's Degree
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge in compute and storage solutions, including virtualization and data protection.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with sales teams to design and propose tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of proposed solutions.
- Proposal Development: Create detailed technical proposals and documentation to support sales efforts.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights.
- Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the presales phase.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of server, storage, virtualization, and backup technologies.
- Hands-on experience with HPE, Dell, or equivalent compute and storage platforms.
- Relevant certifications in HPE, Dell, or related compute/storage technologies will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams
