Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned HRBP Manager to act as a strategic partner to business leaders and employees, driving talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate brings deep HR expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior leadership in a fast-growing software services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic HR partner to senior business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and growth plans.

- Drive end-to-end talent management: workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and career development.

- Partner with leadership on organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.

- Own employee engagement programs and drive initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture.

- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and offboarding.

- Handle complex employee relations issues, grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.

- Drive performance appraisal cycles and coach managers on goal-setting, feedback, and performance conversations.

- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, headcount, cost-per-hire) and present insights and recommendations to leadership.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition on manpower planning, hiring strategy, and leadership hiring.

- Lead compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and benefits administration.

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

- Mentor and guide junior HR team members, building HRBP capability across the function.

Requirements:

- 5 - 8 years of experience as an HRBP, HR Manager, or similar role, preferably in IT/software services companies.

- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and Indian labor laws.

- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development at a senior level.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership.

- Data-driven approach with strong proficiency in HR analytics and HRMS tools.

- Demonstrated ability to work closely with leadership and drive people strategy.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

- High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and sound judgment.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in a fast-scaling IT services or product company.

- Exposure to HR tech tools (Darwinbox, Keka, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).

- Certification in HR Business Partnering or related HR certifications (SHRM, CHRP, etc.).

- Experience supporting leadership hiring and organizational scaling initiatives.
