Job Title: Business Analyst (Full-time, on-site/hybrid).

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between client business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and translate requirements, drive process improvements, and work closely with delivery teams to ensure projects are built to specification and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for technical teams.

- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.

- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and sprint/backlog grooming sessions.

- Create wireframes, process maps, BRDs/FRDs, and other documentation to support project delivery.

- Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements through UAT support and sign-off coordination.

- Support pre-sales teams with solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal documentation for RFPs/RFIs.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-driven business solutions.

- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

- Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to BA best practices within the organization.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT services/software consulting environment.

- Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation (BRD/FRD/user stories), and stakeholder management.

- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar for documentation and process mapping.

- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working on client-facing IT services/consulting projects with international clients.

- Domain expertise in specific verticals (fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.).

- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications (CSPO, CSM).

- Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis tools for deeper requirement validation.
