About the job: Position: Senior Accounts Manager Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant Experience: 8+ years of relevant domain experience Location: Thane Areas of Responsibility: 1. GST: - Filing of GST Returns on Monthly basis - Filing of annual GST return - Preparation and collation of sales data - Maintaining data for claiming ITC - Cross-verification with GSTR2A on periodic basis 2. TDS: - Supervising TDS payments on monthly basis - Coordinating and collating data for quarterly TDS returns 3. ROC: - Supervising, maintaining and collating data for all the ROC compliances 4. Book keeping: - Proficiency in Tally including cost centers - Overseeing Purchase, Sales & Journal Booking - Supervising Reconciliation of Bank, Vendor & Customer balances - Finalization of Books of Accounts - Coordinating with auditors for solving audit queries 5. Other duties / requirements: - Coordinating with Auditor for timely finalization of accounts and submitting data to government authorities - Supervising calculation of salary on monthly basis - Compliances of all the necessary labor and other laws including PF, PT, ESIC, Shops and Establishments etc. - Income tax knowledge for maintaining records of individuals as well as the company - Proficiency in excel with adequate knowledge of various formulae and features like VLookup, IF, IFAND, Pivot etc. - Communicating and submitting necessary documents with various authorities and institutions. - All other tasks as delegated from time to time Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in Tally ERP 9, MS Office - Advanced Excel - Fluent in English and Hindi - Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
