Key Responsibilities:

- Management Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports to management, highlighting key trends, variances, and business insights.

- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis to support business planning and decision-making.

- Business Finance Support: Partner with business units to provide financial insights, recommendations, and solutions to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts and ensure accuracy and timeliness in updating projections based on actual performance.

- Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis on financial performance, including cost drivers, margin trends, and business KPIs.

- Excel Expertise: Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) to streamline financial processes, automate reports, and analyze large datasets.

- Communication & Collaboration: Present financial insights and analyses to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between finance and business objectives.

- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide financial support for special projects, business initiatives, and strategic planning activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Educational Background: MBA/PGDM in Finance or related field from a reputed business school.

- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in business finance, financial analysis, or management reporting, preferably in a technology or consulting company.

- Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros) and comfortable working with large datasets.

- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Strong experience in building and maintaining financial models and conducting in-depth financial analysis.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present financial data in a clear and concise manner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and consistency.

- Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify issues and propose actionable solutions.

- Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and the ability to link financial results to operational performance.
