Tapzo is looking out for someone with 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing in an app based internet startup. The person will be responsible for growing the existing user base through user acquisition and retention. The person will be responsible to meet user acquisition targets within specified budgets, re-engagement of users via various channels, social media marketing and 360-degree app communication (SMS, Email, Notifications)  The key responsibilities of the candidate are divided into 3 categories:  Roles and Responsibilities  1. User Acquisition  a. Keep track of App Store Optimization for high-volume keywords and make sure that the rankings improve with time which leads to organic downloads  b. The person would be responsible for hypothesizing, strategizing, executing and analyzing app install and re-engagement campaigns with the team on Facebook, Google AdWords and other affiliate sources. This would involve rigorous experimentation and execution to find out what works and what doesn't and implement the learnings  c. Optimize all campaigns after studying their ROI in terms of key metrics like CPI, CAC, LTV etc.   d. Think and execute creative ideas with the help of design team and ad copies for the campaigns  2. Social Media Engagement  a. Handle Tapzo's social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.  b. Work with in house design team and social media agencies to plan and execute campaigns and keep creating relevant content and posts for all social media accounts  c. Responsible for improving the engagement on all social media handles by paid as well as organic means  3. User Communication and Retention (E-mail, SMS and Notifications):  a. Plan Email, SMS and Notification content with category teams(business team) and schedule and ensure strict adherence to the same  b. Make sure Tapzo's brand guidelines are followed in all communications that go out to the users  c. Ensure error free and uninterrupted delivery of all communications regularly with a team of campaign execution associates and our engagement tool  d. Strategize and execute e-mail campaigns   Skills Required  1. Should have hands on experience and familiarity with Google Adwords and Facebook Advertising. Knowledge of both is preferred but good experience is one of them can be considered.  2. Should have the ability to analyze huge data sets and derive actionable insights  3. Extreme - Attention to detail- is a must  4. Should be creative to be able to come up with ideas for creatives and text copies for ads every now and then  5. Should have extremely high level of ownership and be very hard-working in addition to being a smart worker   6. Good communication skills as the manager needs to interact with a lot of teams involving category, product and design teams  7.
