Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist, based in Chennai (onsite).
Experience level : 3-5 years .
The Customer Success Specialist will manage customer satisfaction, build strong relationships, and ensure customer retention.
The role involves analyzing customer needs, addressing any concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client goals.
Work Timing: Monday - Friday 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm- in office.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Retention.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for understanding customer feedback and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in building and maintaining positive client relationships Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics & business reviews to the relevant team.
- Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site team environment and interface with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement tailored success plans that provide continued value to the customer, ensure renewals and drive long-term product growth.
- Background in retail is a plus.
