Position Overview:
Tangence is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of our SEO, Google Ads, and website design & development services.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for SEO, Google Ads, and website design & development services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Work on assigned leads by nurturing relationships, conducting follow-ups, and providing ongoing support to guide prospects through the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored proposals to prospects, highlighting the value and benefits of Tangence's services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the execution team to develop proposals for the sales effort.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience selling digital marketing services.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, Google Ads platform, and website design & development processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
