Job Description:
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives with a primary focus on generating high-quality leads from large enterprises in India.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in running multi-channel campaigns, performance marketing, and web analytics, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and brand visibility.
- Identify new digital growth opportunities and platforms aligned with business goals.
Campaign Execution:
- Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across SEO, performance marketing, email, and social media.
- Oversee content development to ensure brand consistency across channels.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and make data-backed decisions to improve ROI.
Performance Marketing:
- Lead PPC, display ads, and retargeting efforts to acquire and nurture leads.
- Manage and track campaign performance to drive conversions and pipeline impact.
Social Media & Website Management:
- Own social media strategy and execution to increase reach and engagement.
- Oversee website optimization, audits, and user experience improvements to enhance lead generation.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush to track campaign metrics.
- Present insights and performance dashboards to senior management with actionable recommendations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media, web analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Prior experience targeting enterprise clients in India is a strong plus.
