INVESTMENT ANALYST- TN GREEN CLIMATE FUND Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Fund Management Corporation Limited (TNIFMC) is a SEBI regulated Alternative Investments Funds (AIF) manager, set up by the Government of Tamil Nadu along with leading financial institutions. TNIFMC manages focussed AIFs in key sectors of the economy. Tamil Nadu Green Climate Fund (TNGCF) is a Category 1, Alternate Investment Fund registered with SEBI and managed by TNIFMC. TNGCF has a target corpus of Rs. 2000 crores to invest in the following verticals (i) Energy Transition, (ii) Electric Mobility (iii) Circular Economy and (iv) Nature-based solutions (agri/food/forest) to address climate change issues. TNIFMC is looking to recruit an Investment Analyst for the Green Climate Fund. The position will be based out of Chennai and will report to the Fund Manager. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Develop a pipeline of potential investments through industry and market research. 2. Perform in-depth due diligence on potential investment opportunities. 3. Build detailed and robust financial model. 4. Draft investment memorandums. 5. Assist in deal structuring and negotiations. 6. Monitoring the portfolio companies and maintaining relations with investee companies 7. Ensure compliance with all necessary rules and regulations. Desired Profile: 1. MBA from a top B School 2. Experience in financial modelling and investment analysis. 3. Strong research and analytical skills. 4. Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize, deal with frequent and unexpected changes, and work within tight timeframe. 5. Presentation skills with ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently, articulate issues and recommend solutions. 6. Experience in energy/infra/EV sector would be advantageous.
