Portfolio Manager - Indian Equities / Multi-Asset

Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced Portfolio Manager for our IFSC-registered Fund Management Entity (FME). This is a front-office investment role with ownership of portfolio construction, strategy execution, and performance delivery across Indian securities markets, including Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS, and offshore fund structures. The role is suited for professionals currently managing money or having managed institutional/HNI portfolios with a proven track record of alpha generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage discretionary portfolios across Indian equity and/or multi-asset strategies

- Own end-to-end portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management

- Generate alpha through bottom-up stock selection and macro-driven strategies

- Conduct deep fundamental and quantitative research on Indian equities

- Monitor portfolio performance, drawdowns, and risk metrics

- Ensure compliance with IFSC, SEBI, and internal investment guidelines

- Interact with investors, ICs, and senior management on performance and outlook

- Prepare investor decks, factsheets, and performance attribution reports

Requirements

- 5-10+ years of experience as a Portfolio Manager / Fund Manager

- Demonstrated track record of managing live portfolios in Indian equities or multi-asset strategies

- Experience managing institutional, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, hedge fund, or proprietary capital

- Strong understanding of Indian capital markets, valuation, and portfolio risk

- Proven performance across market cycles

Preferred

- Degree in Finance/Economics; CFA/FRM

- Exposure to global markets and offshore fund structures

- Experience working with AIF, PMS, or IFSC fund platforms
