Designation: Manager/ Senior Manager - TallyXcelerator (TX) Program Function/Group: Business Development/Sales Experience: 10+ years Location: Delhi, Bangalore TallyXcelerator - Program overview TallyXcelerator is an integrated entrepreneurial capacity-building program that provides entrepreneurship development and in-turn promote overall SME development in the nation by: - Promoting entrepreneurship - Fostering individual entrepreneurial capabilities - Building institutional capacity and - Encouraging employment-creating investment and linkages both among SMEs as well as between large and small enterprises As a result, the program helps to promote the growth of innovative and highly competitive SMEs in India, thereby contributing to the development of a dynamic private sector and entrepreneurial culture within. Furthermore, it also contributes to energizing the private sector and to improve overall business environment. TallyXcelerator identifies existing and potential entrepreneurs, provides them with mentoring and coaching - aimed at strengthening their entrepreneurial behaviors and business skills, assists them in accessing business development services, facilitates access to finance, helps to arrange mutually beneficial links with larger network and puts in place long-term support systems to facilitate the growth of SMEs What will you be doing- - Responsible for TX design frameworks and ensuring execution in the assigned zone - Responsible for Performance of TallyXcelerators in the assigned zone - Performance parameters such as High Partner Happiness Index of TX, Development and Growth oriented programs, Upward movement of partners and Expansion of PD's ecosystem - Responsible for the P&L of the TallyXcelerators in the assigned zone - Responsible for adoption of Business Advisory Services by more and more partners within the eco-system and outside - Responsible for creating a pool of resources for a TX to outsource any specialized work in the zone - Responsible for continuous enablement of TX resources - Should be able to handle dispute resolution with TXs/Partners - Should have strong knowledge on partner development strategies and well versed with - Go To Market- strategies to operationalize the same - Ensure gap analysis and training of partners (on Product - Tally.ERP 9 and Skills) by TXs - Work in co-ordination with other respective teams in the Zone/Region Who are we looking for- - Good People Management Skills - Ability to coach and mentor TX/TX people/Partner/Partner people - Strong Leadership skills - People development skills - Business planning skills - Analytical skills - Experience in B2B buying behaviour - Should have strong knowledge on partner development strategies and well versed with - Go To Market- strategies to operationalize the same - Must be a team player and should lead by example - Must have good conflict resolution skills and negotiation skills
