
What You Will Own:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving deeper engagement, adoption, and value realization among our existing customer base. This is a customer-first role sitting at the intersection of product marketing, customer success, content, and lifecycle marketing. You will translate product capabilities and customer insights into compelling content, stories, and campaigns that help customers unlock greater value from the product.
Where Your Expertise Meets Our Future:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, content marketing, or a related role.
- Strong experience marketing to an existing customer base.
- Excellent storytelling, content, and communication skills.
- Experience developing customer testimonials, case studies, videos, and success stories.
- Strong understanding of email, lifecycle, and mid-funnel marketing.
- Ability to simplify products and turn features into compelling customer value.
- Comfortable using data to measure and improve marketing effectiveness.
The Scope of Your Influence:
Customer Storytelling & Content:
- Build a strong pipeline of customer testimonials, case studies, success stories, and videos.
- Identify compelling customer stories in partnership with Customer Success, Sales, and regional teams.
- Interview customers and turn their experiences, challenges, and outcomes into engaging stories.
- Develop content across videos, email, articles, use cases, and other formats.
- Build a library of customer proof points that can be used across marketing, sales, and customer communications.
Customer Marketing & Adoption:
- Develop campaigns that drive adoption of products, features, and capabilities among existing customers.
- Translate product features into clear, relevant "why this matters to you" messaging.
- Identify customer needs, use cases, and adoption barriers, and build marketing programs around them.
- Create targeted communications for different customer segments and levels of product maturity.
Mid-Funnel & Lifecycle Marketing:
- Own customer-facing communications and nurture programs that move customers from awareness to consideration and action.
- Build connected customer journeys rather than one-off campaigns.
- Use customer stories and proof points to make communications more relevant and persuasive.
- Test and optimize messaging, content, and journeys based on performance.
Cross-functional & Insights:
- Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Creative, and Analytics teams.
- Bring customer insights into product marketing and communications.
- Measure engagement, adoption, and campaign effectiveness, and continuously improve programs.
