Who are we looking for? - Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work effectively with multiple inter and intra functional teams. - Proven experience in Online sales role, preferably software sales. - Strong understanding online marketing strategies and exposure to B2B SMB market preferred. - Excellent interpersonal and team management skills - Good understanding of key online analytical tools like GA4, GTM, Semrush etc. What will you be doing? - Develop and implement a comprehensive digital retail strategy for Tally Products globally, aligned to the revenue goals. - Work with Business teams globally to develop a cohesive strategy across channels, to drive the most efficient CAC, while driving higher LTV & Revenue. - Leverage all marketing channels to maximize ROAS for all channels and for each country. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, optimizing for sales and customer experience. - Measure, track, and report on sales efforts and customer behaviour to optimize customer experience and online sales.
