Role: Lead - GTM

Relevant Experience: 6 - 10 Years

Location: Bangalore

What You Will Own:

As a Lead, you will play a pivotal role across key phases of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution, influencing how products are positioned, launched, and adopted in the market. You will leverage data-driven insights to shape business processes, drive adoption outcomes, and ensure successful execution of launch strategies. This role requires close partnership with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to deliver impactful product launches and sustained customer engagement.

Experience You Should Bring:

- Strong experience leading GTM strategy and customer-led initiatives in product-based technology environments.

- Excellent content development and process design skills, including structured documentation, proposals, and executive-level presentations.

- Demonstrated program management expertise across planning, milestone tracking, risk management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

- Proven ability to influence and drive execution through senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Strong business acumen, particularly in partner-driven sales, customer adoption journeys, and technology solutions for small and medium businesses.

- Skilled in analysing data and translating insights into clear reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confident leadership-level presentation abilities.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in dynamic, ambiguous environments.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Conduct market assessments, competitive benchmarking, customer studies, partner interactions, and internal research to support data-leading decisions.

- Design end-to-end GTM strategies and initiatives with clear business growth objectives, including planning, scheduling, content creation, budgeting, and forecasting success metrics.

- Manage pre-launch readiness activities such as positioning, messaging, channel planning, partner enablement, pilot programs, and launch schedules.

- Build frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable processes to streamline future launches.

- Collaborate effectively with sales teams and partners to drive field team, partner and resource enablement on the strategy with defined tasks for existing product line.

- Work together with PM, Engineering and Strategic Alliances to track new product adoption metrics, identify variations or risks, and support improvement plans.

- Lead governance discussions, stakeholder reviews, decision forums, and risk assessment sessions.

- Develop leadership updates, GTM documents, strategy briefs, and presentations for business reviews.

- Establish customer and partner feedback loops to influence post-launch improvements and future product roadmaps.
