What You Will Own
- You will own the brand's voice across digital and social platforms, shaping how the brand shows up through content, conversations, and thought leadership. From always-on storytelling to high-impact content campaigns, you will drive relevance, engagement, and credibility across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- You will translate business priorities into sharp narratives, create meaningful content experiences, and build a consistent brand presence across social, digital, and community touchpoints.
Experience You Should Bring
- Strong copywriting skills along with storytelling and narrative-building skills across formats (short-form, long-form, video, social-first content).
- Deep understanding of digital and social media platforms, emerging content formats, and audience behavior.
- Ability to manage external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with analytics - ability to derive insights from content performance and optimize accordingly.
- Ability to work with designers, video editors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to bring content to life.
- Brownie points if you've mastered AI beyond copy writing and basic image generation.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
What You Will Be Doing
Brand & Product Communication:
- Execute brand and product communication across social, email, and digital channels aligned to strategy.
- Develop compelling copies for social media, websites, emailers, and campaign assets.
- Adapt product features and updates into clear, benefit-driven messaging for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Support campaign rollouts through content creation, cross-functional coordination, and timely execution.
Integrated Campaign Management:
- Support planning and execution of integrated campaigns with strong digital and content amplification.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and social agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Define campaign KPIs, track performance, and optimize based on insights.
Digital & Social Communication:
- Execute day-to-day social media publishing and calendarization aligned to the brand calendar and guidelines.
- Develop and adapt copy for posts, captions, creatives, and digital assets to drive engagement.
- Coordinate with the digital team to ensure accurate and timely campaign rollouts across platforms.
Internal Communication:
- Partner with HR and leadership to drive internal brand engagement.
- Craft employee communication during launches, initiatives, or cultural programs.
Analytics & Insights:
- Track and analyze communication metrics across touchpoints.
- Leverage consumer insights and brand health studies to refine strategies.
