Who are we looking for? - A master's degree in HR, Talent/Organizational Development or Psychology, Project management certification, knowledge on design methodologies and instructional design will be an added advantage - Ability to communicate complex topics effectively, and ability to persuade and convince senior stakeholders - Strong capabilities to build programs end to end, from the identification of the problem to solve to the measurement of business impact - Knowledge of psychometrics and assessments - Ability and interest to facilitate learning programs - Excellent communication skills - Consulting skills, being a learning partner to the stakeholders What will you be doing ? - Spearhead the design and development of innovative learning solutions/interventions that translate complex business processes, behaviours, and mindsets into engaging learning experiences - Analyse research and solution alternatives to support strategy development - Maintain strong knowledge of content strategy and design concepts to design world class programs - Facilitate learning interventions and team development - Leverage strong collaboration and influencing skills to drive change across the organization and facilitate engagement with stakeholders - Assess and evaluate the design of learning journeys/programs in accordance with organizational L&OD objectives - Acquire and cultivate industry/sector knowledge, identifying and understanding important trends - Participate and facilitate organization development initiatives including Assessments, coaching, change projects etc - Write, summarize, and publish the work being done by L&D both internally and externally - Design and create programs that impact function level goals
