Talf Solar - Manager - Finance

- Preparation of presentations, Information Memorandums and other marketing material for fund raising activities.

- Financial Modelling - input project details in the company's template project model and prepare outputs for use in Information Memorandums for fund raising activities.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with funding providers (Indian and international lenders and investors) and handle their due diligence/ ongoing reporting requirements.

- Analyze and advise Management on the financial risk profile of potential PPA counterparties and projects.

- Review and understand the company's tax reporting.

- Support Management in evaluating new market segments by developing business cases.

- Inter-department coordination for the preparation of portfolio performance and other reports for Management.
