About the Role :



We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and data-driven AGM - Marketing Campaign Manager to join our fast-paced marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Meta Advertising Manager to execute high-impact performance campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys hands-on campaign management, loves working with data, and is looking to grow into a full-stack performance marketer over time.



Key Responsibilities :



Campaign Execution:



- Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns including objective selection, audience targeting, placement optimization, and budget allocation.



- Upload and rotate ad creatives (images, videos, copy) in line with campaign plans and creative briefs.



- Regularly check campaign health and flag underperforming ads or delivery issues in real-time.



- Monitor and maintain ad quality scores, delivery insights, and audience overlaps.



Reporting & Analysis:



- Track daily campaign metrics like CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and CAC to support timely optimization.



- Maintain performance dashboards and help generate weekly and monthly campaign reports.



- Analyze A/B test results across audiences, creatives, and copy to derive learnings for future campaigns.



Collaboration & Coordination:



- Coordinate with the creative, copywriting, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.



- Assist the Meta Ads Manager in launching experiments and scaling winning campaigns.



- Help with ad account hygiene, audience segmentation, naming conventions, and pixel event validations.



Requirements :



Must-Haves:



- 24 years of hands-on experience managing or assisting in paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram).



- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, audience creation, and bidding logic.



- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets strong grasp of pivot tables, lookups, filters, and basic data modeling.



- Comfort working with performance metrics and drawing actionable insights from numbers.



- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work with tight turnarounds.



Nice-to-Haves:



- Familiarity with Facebook Pixel, Conversion APIs, and event setup/debugging.



- Exposure to tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or any third-party analytics/attribution platforms.



- Basic understanding of creative testing, landing page funnels, and lead nurturing workflows.



- Experience working in fast-growth startups or agencies with high performance expectations.

- Campaigns are executed with zero errors and delivered on time.



- Daily, weekly, and monthly performance data is accurately maintained and shared.



- Campaigns are optimized efficiently based on instructions or insights from data.



- Senior managers have full confidence in execution reliability and reporting quality.
