Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with teachers, including onboarding, training, and daily support.

- Track class performance, quality metrics, and parent feedback.

- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and HR to meet category goals.

- Maintain smooth day-to-day operations and ensure a strong learning experience for students.

What Were Looking For:

- 2+ year experience in EdTech, project management, or category/academic operations.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

- Interest in music or the keyboard domain is an advantage.

- A proactive mindset with attention to detail.
