Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Ownership: Take full accountability for driving international sales targets in the fresh business (new customer acquisition) segment.
- Process Optimization: Refine and improve sales workflows to enhance efficiency and conversion across geographies.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team; define clear KPIs, track progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Funnel Management: Analyze end-to-end funnel metrics across multiple lead sources and identify opportunities to boost conversion and speed to close.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on campaign strategy, regional messaging, and lead quality.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain deep awareness of customer needs, competitor movements, and emerging trends in key international territories.
- Strategic Influence: Represent international sales in cross-functional business reviews and contribute actively to growth planning and execution.
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver structured reporting on sales performance, forecasts, challenges, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.
Candidate Profile
Must-Haves:
- 5-9 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles with a focus on B2C/B2B customer acquisition in international markets.
- Demonstrated success in owning sales targets, managing performance-driven teams, and scaling sales operations. Strong analytical skills with an ability to derive actionable insights from funnel data.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent qualification from a top-tier B-school.
- Experience in ed-tech is a plus but not mandatorycandidates from diverse industry backgrounds are welcome.
