Role Overview:
- The Curriculum Strategy Head will lead the planning, design, development, and implementation of high-quality curricula across all learning programs.
- This role involves close collaboration with subject matter experts, instructional designers, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure the curriculum is engaging, outcome-driven, and aligned with educational standards and learner needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Strategy & Planning :
- Define and drive the overall curriculum vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Ensure curriculum aligns with pedagogical goals, market expectations, and learner outcomes.
Curriculum Development :
- Oversee the development of lesson plans, learning materials, assessments, and teacher guides across multiple subjects or categories.
- Design learner-centric, interactive, and progressive content for both online and offline formats.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of curriculum developers, content writers, and subject matter experts.
- Facilitate training and upskilling of the curriculum team on pedagogy and design tools.
Quality Assurance & Review :
- Ensure all content meets quality benchmarks, including accuracy, age-appropriateness, engagement, and inclusivity.
- Regularly review and revise curriculum based on learner feedback, academic results, and evolving standards.
Stakeholder Coordination :
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, category, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution of curriculum initiatives.
- Interface with external educators and consultants when needed.
Innovation & Research :
- Stay updated with the latest in education technology, pedagogy, and global curriculum trends.
- Introduce innovative teaching-learning methodologies and tools to enhance content delivery.
Key Requirements:
- MBA from Tier-1.
- 4-6 years of experience in consulting or program management with at least 2 years in leading projects and teams.
- Understanding of learning theories, instructional design, and digital content creation is preferred; experience with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia content development is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
