About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong professional network or a robust candidate database, and genuinely enjoys the challenge of finding the right people for the right roles.

Youll leverage your research skills, market insights, and networking abilities to identify and engage potential candidates across industries. Working closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers, youll help refine search strategies, share market intelligence, and maintain a steady pipeline of top talent.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute targeted search strategies aligned with client or business hiring needs.

- Leverage market knowledge and insights to refine sourcing approaches and identify relevant talent pools.

- Conduct industry and function-specific research to map talent landscapes and provide actionable market intelligence.

- Identify, reach out to, and engage potential candidates; pitch opportunities and gather referrals.

- Support in evaluating and shortlisting candidates based on defined role criteria.

- Maintain accurate trackers, reports, and summaries for client updates and internal reviews.

- Manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently, ensuring speed with quality in talent delivery.

Must-Haves:


- Minimum 3 years of sourcing or research experience, preferably within Technology, BFSI, or Healthcare domains.

- Proven expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage concurrent searches.

- Demonstrated experience in candidate outreach, pipeline management, and talent mapping.

- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
