As a Talent Sourcing Manager, youll be instrumental in the growth of our Engineering and Delivery teams. In close partnership with our business leaders, you will seek to understand the needs of the business and lead a team in the identification and engagement of prospective talent throughout India. Your teams primary goal is building robust pipelines of qualified consulting candidates through various sourcing techniques. Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Build a sourcing capability with structure and innovative ideas about the ways in which we find, manage, engage and usher talent through our process - Perform a player/coach role, where you lead a team while also assisting in the sourcing of some of the most challenging positions we undertake - Use a breadth of tools (LinkedIn Recruiter/Gem/Greenhouse/Avature) to identify and drive qualified consulting candidates into our candidate pool - Provide research about talent communities that helps influence and guide business decisions - Deliver timely research that influences and drives the decision-making of our senior leaders - Set up and lead the data-based structure of how we source and track impact - Provide mentorship and guidance to team members through ongoing commitment to growth and development as well as performance management - Assist in the development organization of recruiting events Qualifications - 10+ years of experience recruiting for roles related to engineering, technology, design, digital products, data, and/or AI/ML - Experience leading a team of individuals with strong sourcing capabilities - Ability to drive strategic thought through the use of data in presentations to an executive audience - Strong commitment to data integrity and accuracy including setting the right example for your team - Ability to manage a high-volume of candidates and diverse set of reqs - Strong experience in LinkedIn Recruiter - Ability to bring creative and innovative sourcing strategies and ideas to fruition - Can flexibly adapt recruiting strategies and processes to changing business requirements and headcount plans - Proficient in communicating and writing in English Preferred Experience: - In-house recruiting experience, preferably within the tech or design industry - Experience with recruiting tools such as: Greenhouse, Gem, scheduling software, Workday Recruiting, Avature and Jobvite
