About the Role: - Seeking a dynamic Talent Research & Sourcing Specialist to support global hiring initiatives. This role focuses on identifying high-quality talent, partnering with stakeholders across geographies, and ensuring efficient, scalable, and process-driven recruitment delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct end-to-end talent research and sourcing for global hiring mandates - Partner with stakeholders across regions to understand hiring needs and deliver talent pipelines - Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for lateral hiring roles - Execute talent mapping and market research to support strategic hiring decisions - Focus on quality, scalability, and turnaround time in sourcing efforts - Experience: Graduate/master's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience in global sourcing/recruitment roles - Exposure to end-to-end lateral recruitment - Experience in non-technology hiring Preferred: - Candidates from Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or organizations with dedicated Talent Research / Sourcing teams - Exposure to global talent sourcing, talent mapping, or research-driven hiring models - Strong sourcing and research capabilities - Ability to engage with global stakeholders - Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and market mapping
