Talent Partner - Analytics / IT Infrastructure / Cybersecurity | Bangalore

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Partner to drive end-to-end hiring for Analytics, IT Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity roles at a global scale. Based in Bangalore, you will report to the Country Talent Acquisition & Advancement Manager and collaborate with business and HR leaders to deliver strategic, high-quality talent solutions that align with global workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand talent needs and execute global strategies locally.

- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: campaign planning, role scoping, sourcing, job postings, shortlisting, interviews, feedback, offer management, and closure.

- Actively source and build strong candidate pipelines through market research, networking, and digital platforms.

- Drive employer branding initiatives, university relations, early talent, and trainee programs to strengthen the talent pipeline.

- Partner with external recruitment firms, ensuring effective briefs and quality candidate delivery.

- Advocate for internal mobility by nurturing the talent pool and enabling cross-organizational moves.

- Identify and implement improvements in recruitment practices, policies, and processes.

- Ensure compliance with local legislation, GDPR, data privacy, OHS, and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8-10 years of experience in global organizations.

- Minimum 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Analytics, IT Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity hiring.

- Proven expertise in leveraging digital and social media recruiting strategies.

- Strong project management and end-to-end process orientation.

- Demonstrated ability to influence, consult, and manage senior stakeholders.

- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with a customer-focused mindset.

- Resilient, energetic, and inclusive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
