ONLY FMCG CANDIDATES APPLY  Job Description:   Managing end to end implementation of Talent Management for business including:   a) Goal Setting & Cascade Process   b) Interim Review & Annual Performance and Potential Assessment Process   c) Talent Reviews & Critical Role evaluation with biz leaders   d) Career Action Planning for top performers & Performance improvement Planning for poor performers   e) Succession Planning   - Assist in the creation of an Talent Management, organizational development strategy in alignment with strategic business goals.   - Develop and deliver a variety of Talent Management, OD interventions and organizational change strategies utilizing performance consulting skills as well as external resources in support of strategic plan and key initiatives.   - Design, develop and consult on critical talent cycle components such as succession planning, hi-potential programs, talent assessments, key experiences, performance management, career pathing and mapping talent strategies to business plans.   - Manage TM budget including budget creation, expense reporting and annual capital planning.   - Develop and implement career-pathing systems and resources to guide employee development.   Job Requirements:   - MBA from Tier 2 premier institute   - Minimum of 3-7 years directly related experience, preferred Consulting and FMCG candidates.   - Demonstrated experience building and maintaining business relationships, utilizing internal consulting skills   - Experience designing enterprise talent development programs   - Experience measuring the impact of talent management programs and initiatives   - Experience successfully leading and implementing change   - Must be able to influence colleagues above and below current level   - Ability to successfully build relationships and interact with all levels in the organization, including executives   - Strong team player   - Effective communication skills.
