Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Talent Management:
- Create and oversee leadership development programs that identify high-potential employees and prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Implement training and development initiatives that promote a culture of learning and continuous personal and professional growth.
3. Performance Management and Goal Management:
- Design and manage an effective performance management and goal management system that fosters
a culture of feedback, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure performance evaluations and goal-setting processes are aligned with organizational objectives.
4. Career Architecture Framework (CAF):
- Develop and implement the Career Architecture Framework to provide clear career pathways and growth opportunities for employees.
- Ensure that the CAF is integrated into talent development strategies, enhancing employee engagement and retention.
5. Employee Engagement:
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, conducting regular surveys and focus groups to gather insights.
- Develop strategies to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.
6. Succession Planning:
- Establish a robust succession planning process to ensure leadership continuity and mitigate risks associated with talent gaps.
- Identify and nurture talent within the organization to build a strong internal pipeline for critical roles.
7. Metrics and Organizational Change:
- Utilize metrics and data analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
