We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Management Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a holistic talent strategy that will help us become an employer of choice. This role will involve leading the Talent Management Center of Excellence and developing programs across areas such as Succession management, Performance management, Leadership development, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a talent strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives. - Diagnose, build, and implement talent programs across areas such as Succession management, Performance management, Leadership development, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing. - Lead the Talent Management Center of Excellence and work with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of talent management programs. - Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders to ensure the successful implementation of talent management programs. - Create innovative HR practices that drive impact towards people development. - Ensure that all talent management programs comply with relevant legislation and regulations. - Manage the budget for talent management programs and ensure that resources are allocated effectively. - Analyze and report on the effectiveness of talent management programs and make recommendations for improvements. Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Management and HRBP roles in product technology companies. - MBA in HR from a top institute. - Proven experience in developing and implementing talent management programs across areas such as Succession management, Performance management, Leadership development, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing. - Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations related to talent management. - Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders. - Excellent project management skills and experience in managing budgets. - Ability to analyze data and report on the effectiveness of talent management programs. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Creative and innovative mindset.
