Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team sales goals. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. - Manage inside sales activities, including responding to inbound inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales. - Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven decisions to improve sales processes. - Train and mentor sales representatives, enhancing their skills and knowledge to improve overall team performance. - Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals Requirements: - 4-7 Years of experience in Sales in the D2C industry with at least 2-3 years in a Team Management role - Extensive Experience in managing B2C sales functions - Self-motivated individual with an affinity for working in a start-up culture (erratic hours as per the requirement of the business) - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - A Master's Degree from a Premium Institute or Experience in Ed-Tech is preferred - Strong Excel skills are a plus.
