
Role Overview:
- The Talent Development Manager drives the development and execution of a strategic capability roadmap to enhance the effectiveness of customer-facing teams.
- The role focuses on designing and delivering impactful learning and onboarding programs, strengthening commercial and digital capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring capability initiatives are aligned with evolving business priorities and market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver national and unit-level capability-building programs
- Strengthen commercial, digital, and field coaching capabilities through structured interventions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support sustainable business growth
- Enable talent readiness, performance tracking, and foster a high-performance, learning-driven culture
Education: MBA or equivalent qualification
Experience: 8-12 years
